Your booking must be sent with 25% non-refundable deposit of the total amount.
A block holiday Cancellation Insurance has been arranged with Walmsley Baker & Co. for The Old Granary, Church Meadow and Coaches Rest which covers each guest named on the booking form against, injury, illness, death and redundancy up to a limit of $pound;1500 per self catering unit.
The proprietor reserves the right to refuse any booking or to cancel any booking already made subject to refunding any sums you have paid without further liability on your part.
The proprietor shall not be liable to you or any other member of your party for any loss or damage to persons or property however caused.
The accommodation is designed and equipped for family holidays and is not for youth groups or student parties. Nor will it accommodate more than the stated number of beds. Only persons listed on the booking form are allowed to sleep in the accommodation.
The property must be left clean and tidy and occupants are responsible for this. Any damage or breakages must be reported to the proprietor and paid for.
The proprietor reserves the right to cancel any booking if it subsequently transpires that the above mentioned conditions have not been observed.
Reservations are from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.
Bookings made within 4 weeks of the holiday require full payment returned with completed booking form.
The person who completes the booking form certifies that: a) he or she is authorised to agree the booking conditions on behalf of all persons included on the booking form, including those substituted or added at a later date; b) the signatory is over eighteen years of age and a member of the party intending to occupy the property; c) agrees to take responsibility for the party occupying the property.
We reserve the right, on arrival, to charge a returnable deposit against damage or failure to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
Provisional bookings are only held for 7 days.
We operate a non-smoking policy inside all our cottages.
Regretfully we can not accept pets.
