Church Meadow is a spacious, split level house that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 6 plus cot. It has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard.

The ground floor bedrooms each have twin beds, a shared bathroom with WC, hand basin and shower.

The kitchen and dining room on the middle level are very light and spacious, and overlook the garden. The fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, radio and CD player, and a tumble dryer in a separate utility room.

The upper level has the master bedroom with double bed and adjacent bathroom with hand basin and bath.

The sitting room upstairs has an open fireplace and an electric fire, TV with DVD and video player and children's games and books. There are wonderful views of the Fowey River valley and surrounding open countryside. Patio doors open onto a paved balcony leading to the fenced garden, which has a large secluded lawn. Garden furniture and a gas barbeque are included.

All bed linen, duvets, towels, electricity, central heating, iron and ironing board and hair dryers are included.

A cot and highchair are available on request.

There is ample on site parking.
